IDLookup takes a list of people and attempts to look them up in Raiser's Edge. You can map various fields for looking up. These include first name or initial, last name, organisation name (it removes punctuation and words like "and", "inc.", etc and can check alias fields too), first line of address (it can recognise address type equivalents e.g. road, rd or rd.), zip code, email address. Just as with the RE import module you can map your file to the plug-in's standard naming convention and save this as a template for future use.

Audit Trail tracks changes to data in The Raiser's Edge. At its most the audit includes new records, updates to records, deleting of records. It covers changes made to an individual record, additions made through a batch, imports, and global changes.
There are three version of this application; Audit Trail Free, Audit Trail Basic and Audit Trail Professional. Audit Trail Free is restricted to tracking deleted constituents and will do so to a file rather than to the database. Audit Trail Basic captures changes (additions, updates and deletions) made on a small subset of the constituent record whereas the Audit Trail Professional includes other areas of the constituent record and many other areas in The Raiser's Edge.
The accompanying audit viewer allows you see the changes that have been made over a period of time and filter them based on all the fields mentioned previously. The search can be based on a time frame, a user, a specific constituent, a specific area of the Raiser's Edge, a field within an area or any combination of these.
It is possible to set up audit standards so that you can, for example highlight changes that do not have a valid email address, do not start with an upper case letter or any rule you can think of.
New in the latest version we have created field profiles for Audit Trail, this means you can create groups of critical fields to review, cutting out the 'noise' of those that aren't so important to your work. You set up any number of different field profiles; you can seperate out different groups for different users, or areas of RE, or have a seperate group to check certain fields where known errors occur on importing.

The Mergician allows the user to globally merge constituents. It uses built in technology to merge the constituents but it allows you to do so with multiple constituents.
Aside from the merge functionality it also allows you to clean up duplicate data on the record such as addresses, constituent codes, appeals and attributes.

The tool is designed to work with most recent versions of Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge. It allows you to take a list of values from Excel and paste them into a ONE OF criteria within a query. This can save a great amount of time and also allows you to do some quite quick data manipulation. Going from a list of IDs in Excel to viewing their records in RE would simply involve creating a Constituent query, adding a ‘Constituent ID’ criteria, selecting ‘ONE OF’ and then pasting in your list of IDs using this tool. Similarly you can perform bulk searches based on email addresses, name or any other fields that allow ‘one of’ criteria.

The Add Constituent ID plug-in adds a constituent ID to all records for which the value is currently null. The plugin assigns constituent IDs using the following pattern: BB + system record ID.

In The Raiser's Edge version 7.71.936, we added the ability to reuse nonconstituent relationship records. Because the ability to search for duplicates was not available before, you probably have duplicate nonconstituent relationships in your database. To alleviate this situation, the Nonconstituent Merge Utility was created and included with The Raiser's Edge versions 7.71 and higher
For example, Judy Smith is the daughter of Jamie Smith and granddaughter of Susan Smith. Judy does not have her own constituent record, but she is a relationship on both Jamie's and Susan's constituent records.
Because this information was added in an earlier version, you could not reuse Judy's relationship record. As a result, you had to create two relationship records for Judy: one from Jamie's record and one from Susan's.
Starting with version 7.71, instead of creating a second relationship for Judy from Susan's record, you can now search for the existing relationship for Judy.
