IDLookup takes a list of people and attempts to look them up in Raiser's Edge. You can map various fields for looking up. These include first name or initial, last name, organisation name (it removes punctuation and words like "and", "inc.", etc and can check alias fields too), first line of address (it can recognise address type equivalents e.g. road, rd or rd.), zip code, email address. Just as with the RE import module you can map your file to the plug-in's standard naming convention and save this as a template for future use.

IDLookup Search allows you to use the functionality of IDLookup in finding one off constituents as you would in a regular search screen

IDLookup Dedupe gives you the power of IDLookup criteria sets when deduping your whole database. The output file can be used in combination with The Mergician to create teh perfect dedupe tool set.

Audit Trail tracks changes to data in The Raiser's Edge. At its most the audit includes new records, updates to records, deleting of records. It covers changes made to an individual record, additions made through a batch, imports, and global changes.
There are three version of this application; Audit Trail Free, Audit Trail Basic and Audit Trail Professional. Audit Trail Free is restricted to tracking deleted constituents and will do so to a file rather than to the database. Audit Trail Basic captures changes (additions, updates and deletions) made on a small subset of the constituent record whereas the Audit Trail Professional includes other areas of the constituent record and many other areas in The Raiser's Edge.

The accompanying audit viewer allows you see the changes that have been made over a period of time and filter them based on all the fields mentioned previously. The search can be based on a time frame, a user, a specific constituent, a specific area of the Raiser's Edge, a field within an area or any combination of these.

It is possible to set up audit standards so that you can, for example highlight changes that do not have a valid email address, do not start with an upper case letter or any rule you can think of.

Field profiles for Audit Trail means that you can create groups of critical fields to review, cutting out the 'noise' of those that aren't so important to your work. You set up any number of different field profiles; you can separate out different groups for different users, or areas of RE, or have a separate group to check certain fields where known errors occur on importing.

New in the latest version we have created the ability to undo some changes from the audit. Simply right click on the audit viewer results to revert the value back to the previous value in the audit.

The Mergician allows the user to globally merge constituents. It uses built in technology to merge the constituents but it allows you to do so with multiple constituents.

Aside from the merge functionality it also allows you to clean up duplicate data on the record such as addresses, constituent codes, appeals and attributes.
