As an expert in the Raiser's Edge API David gave a presentation at the Blackbaud European Conference 2009. The session, entitled The Bespoke Raiser’s Edge – Real World customizations, was attended by over 60 delagates. David presented a non-technical overview of what the API can do for your organization. He looked at specific case studies including a Helpline application, a membership signup application, a global addition of adjustments plug-in and a bank validation customization. Each example showed how the customization and integration led to more efficient process flows.
