Raiser's Edge Audit

 

Description

There are two version of this application; the regular version and the Professional version. The regular application captures changes made on the constituent record including Bio1 and Bio2 tabs, addresses, phone numbers. The Professional version also includes other constituent record areas; attributes, proposals (and their attributes) and addressees and salutations. It also includes individual, organisation, education and solicitor relationships, it includes gifts, their soft credits, actions and participants and it also captures each areas' attributes.

Both versions track the field value before and after the change, the user that made the change, the date the change was made and the name of the field it was changed on. It also tracks any deleted records.

The accompanying audit viewer allows you see the changes that have been made over a period of time and filter them based on all the fields mentioned previously. The search can be based on a time frame, a user, a specific constituent, a specific area of the Raiser's Edge, a field within an area or any combination of these.

Due to the nature of the way this product works you would be required to own the VBA module for Raiser's Edge.
