This plug-in allows you to select a query of participants and globally delete them. This is useful both for when you are testing an event, and also after an event for removing those who did not actually attend.
Download the zip file and unzip the contents to the Raiser's Edge plugin directory (This is normally C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins)
Go to the Start menu and select Run. Type in:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins\GlobalDelPrtPlugin.dll"
Select a query of participants to delete and press the start button. Note that if a participant has guests they will not be deleted until the guests have been deleted. You may need to run the delete twice in order to remove the guests in the first instance and then those participants who invited the guests.
