This suite of customizations is for both The Raiser's Edge and for Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (BBEC). The two are slightly different in depth of functionality so view the screencasts for more information.
This plug-in allows you to publish your events online on your organization's Google calendar. There are two plug-ins and one VBA customization with the Google Calendar Integration.
The first plug-in is used to set up your credentials including GMail or Google Apps address and password and also select which calendar to publish to.
If you have the VBA module then you can set up the customization to publish your events whenever they are saved. This will either work with all events or if you have specified an event attribute, just those events. If you do not have the VBA module you can test this functionality on the sample database.
The other plug-in can be used whether or not you have the VBA module. You are able to globally publish or, if they have already been published then globally update your events on Google Calendar.

Download the zip file and extract the contents to a known location. Run the setup.exe file to install the plug-ins in the correct location.

This customization allows you to publish individual events to your Google Calendar. The first version does not allow you to update your events (it will simply create a duplicate). The source code for this first version is available below. View the screencast for more information about how it works.
