This plug-in presents your existing seating plan and allows the table numbers to be swapped. This is a vital facility for large events where the seating plan is arranged in advance. For example, you would not want your most important donors to be seated at a table that is at the back of the room.
Download the zip file and unzip the contents to the Raiser's Edge plugin directory (This is normally C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins)
Go to the Start menu and select Run. Type in:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins\GlobalDelPrtPlugin.dll"
Go to the plug-ins menu in The Raiser's Edge and select Global Participant Delete. Select a query of participants and the section that you want to change. In the table, the left hand column indicates the current table numbers. Enter the replacement table number in the right hand column. Press the change button to switch the table numbers.
