Adam joined the Zeidman team in early 2022 after working in the arts sector for 18 years as a data and systems manager, fundraiser and events coordinator. He is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, has extensive Raiser’s Edge experience – working directly with the database since 2010, and was also an early adopter of Importacular and Chimpegration.
He has spent years training and supporting users of numerous data systems and websites as well as advocating good data practices. Based in the UK, he is also very familiar with Gift Aid and GDPR regulations. Adam manages the Zeidman support desk and may be the first person to respond to any tickets you submit.
