Basic overview of downloading and installing Importacular using Graduway.
It’s free to import constituent and gift data. That’s £0 GBP – corresponds to $0 USD, $0 CAD, €0 EUR (you get the idea).
However, should you want to make use of our dedicated support desk for this product please understand that there is a fee for this. We have this in place so we can ensure you are given the most immediate and best support possible. For more info on the fee and what qualifies as in-depth support then please get in touch.
Automatically update constituents or create new ones whilst avoiding duplicates with our custom lookup tools. Create your own criteria for finding duplicate records and choose how to handle multiple options so you never spend time cleaning up after an import again.
Importacular imports directly from the source. There is no need to export a file, change the layout, save it and import. Just one step and the data is brought into RE.
You can of course choose a file to import and with that you get all the lookup and data transformation tools meaning less work manipulating the file.
- Choose exactly which RE fields to import data into and clean up errors as you go.
- Our data transformation tools allows you to change incoming data on the fly. “USA” or “UK” becomes “United States” or “United Kingdom” respectively.
This is a paid for module where you can import data from data destinations that support scheduling without any user interaction. Please see the user guide at the top of the page for more info.

We had the opportunity to use Importacular and were extremely impressed. As we explore the use of third-party products like EventBrite and ConstantContact, the need to move data to and from Raiser’s Edge is critical. Importacular offers sophisticated functionality along with a user-friendly interface. We are excited to continue exploring all the ways it can enhance the use of our data systems.Gina Gerhard, Business Systems Analyst
I run a number of imports to bring data from outside sources into our database. Often these are adhoc lists in various configurations. Importacular has the power and customizability to make this process simple and pain-free! With user-friendly features to prevent duplicate records and the functionality to import constituents, gifts and attributes, Importacular is one of the most helpful tools out there.Steven Best, Development Officer
We are hugely excited about the launch of Importacular, our new integration tool making imports a thing of the past. Now you can connect directly to the services that matter the most to you, pulling data into RE without messing around with .csv files or worrying about the security of emailed data.
This is a game changer for non-profits who want to take advantage of the variety of specialist services now available to help with their fundraising and marketing, without losing the power that RE gives them in looking after their donors.David Zeidman, CEO
