We recently implemented Audit Trail Cloud and noticed that a third-party data tool was changing our records in RE, not for the good.
We updated an address in RE one morning because the constituent notified us of a new address. The person who updated the record went in to look at the record and it was changed back to the previous address. We checked Audit Trail Cloud from Zeidman Development and could clearly see that the auto synch from our other supplier had changed the address back to the old, incorrect one.
Audit Trail to the rescue! Thanks for inventing this and for having user names associated because now I can see when there are major issues!!!!
