Within the Settings area of Importacular NXT, you have several options at your disposal: Processing Settings, Security Settings and Equivalents Values.
Processing Settings
The Processing Settings allows you to select the country/area of the data centre where your data will be processed. By default, Importacular NXT will use the country setting of your RE NXT to determine which data centre to use. For European organizations, the defaulted Country/Area will be the UK.
User Interface Settings
Select the region you would like the user interface to be displayed in. For example, setting the region to UK will result in Gift Aid Declaration Area Mappings being presented.
Security Settings
There are two security modes: Open Mode and Security Mode. When users first open Importacular NXT, the Security Mode will be defaulted to ‘Open Mode’. We recommend that users change the mode to ‘Secure Login Mode’ at the earliest convenience and manage access to Importacular NXT after the secure mode is in place. Once you change the mode to ‘Secure Login Mode’, head to the ‘Manage your Users’ section to ‘edit security’ option on each user that has sought access. Click here for more information.
Equivalent Values
When seeking to find a match (Address or Record Lookups), Importacular NXT allows you to use an ‘Equivalent’ value to account for variations of common abbreviations or truncations. These ‘Equivalents’ are provided by Zeidman Development, but Users can view and add to the Equivalent groups. There are Equivalents for First Name, Address Lines and Organization Name.
