You can download the whole grid in the viewer to .csv file, This will allow you to make changes and then use it as an import file to update records in Raiser’s Edge with Importacular.

You can download all records in view, which means you can apply filters and/or record limits on the data you download.

Just hit the ‘Download Visible’ button on the top right-hand side of the grid.
