Once your processes have been run you will see their Cards in the Recently Completed Processes section.

The green tick indicates the number of successfully processed records, the red warning symbol represents errors.

Click on ‘Details’ to view the results of your process. The message column will either show the successfully completed process or the error message.

The name in blue is a link to the constituent’s RE record, click on it to open their record in the database (you will have to login to access this).

Process Details

Clicking on ‘Process Details’ in the top right-hand side opens up a window that summaries the nature of the process.

Notes and Download

The Details page also contains a ‘Notes’ column that details what was processed on each record as well as the nature of any Errors that occurred. For ease, you can also download these results into a spreadsheet for further review.
