When opening up Importacular NXT for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking you to agree to Authenticate with Raiser’s Edge. Please ensure that your browser will allow for pop-ups.

If you have multiple environments associated with, be sure to select the correct one. If you accidentally select the wrong one, you will find that the code table will appear from the wrong environments

Re-Authentication

From time to time, your Blackbaud credentials might go stale. Especially if you are switching between environments within the same browser. If that happens, a warning will appear at the top of the app inviting you to re-authenticate.
