Phone, Email and Links Mapping

You can set up phone, email and link mappings for constituents or relationship records.

The example below shows how to import an email address by mapping ‘phone number’ to the email address field form your source and ‘phone type’ to a default value of ‘email’.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is O6Q1QI-0-z1V8YyaeeQk2dfvYx98-g2cEeJclMb0_rGfo_9-oiN_TY8mnjmz1Ggc5muXTI0IKxRTJkm2Oc6x-uKi1f4ObJe3fvndtsHEke4BPkQCneQz-PPjA3Ef0VdAJlw-7iEG

You can then and map the relevant fields, ensuring to add a phone type as this is required.

If you are importing more than one constituent (using a paid destination such as Individual Relationship, Organisation Relationship, Solicitor or Tribute), you will need to specify who the Import is linked with via the top right corner of the data mapping (eg. constituent/spouse).
